It's very good to see people in better spirits today.

Perhaps you'll be further enthused by the prospect of a tournament.

Where I am from, a tournament is a series of martial games played primarily to celebrate the spirit of competition and the prowess of those competing individuals. Players range in expertise from tilting to archery and all possess the basic skills necessary to endure challenging courses and evade severe injury. Only an upstanding host would provide the proper precautions to help avoid any accidents while facilitating genuine entertainment; I am that host. I mean--we are that host. I, Caspian X, and Lucy Pevensie, would like to organize such a tournament in the tradition of our world. Anyone may participate, regardless of title, class, or blood, but you must be moderately skilled in whichever field you choose to play.

There will be three general categories:

♦ mounted combat (that's with horses)

♦ grounded combat (this is without horses)

♦ ranged combat (which uses a target)

There will be prizes of a decorative nature for winners of each match, but another incentive may be to gain the favor of an individual you seek to impress. And then there's enjoyment, the primary reason for which I will be playing. We are hoping to host this tournament during the first week of May. If you're interested in participating do tell one of the Pevensies or myself. Please join, because I look forward to unhorsing many of you.
