I encountered a blue being in one of the forest lakes today. I half-expected it to speak but it only sang, much like a Naiad. What queer creature is this?

The Gold Rush is a time in American history when everyone was traveling west to hunt for gold after it was discovered in a river out there.

Anyways, New Orleans is like a big mix of cultures. The south meets city-life. The food is really good too. I think that's one of the things I miss. Besides my family. I do miss them too. Where I live is nice though. I get to go bowling with the nuns!

New Orleans is a port. Yep. And bowling is a game where you roll a ball down a lane to knock down the pins at the other end. The more you knock down the more points you get.
