This is long overdue. I meant to give my thanks to all of you who helped us in any way recently, you have our gratitude. You must be wondering how Peter himself is doing.

I am too. It was a very tense time but now, not so much. And you, Neil? I am sorry I have not paid mind to your affairs.

A little nervous, honestly. We've managed to keep most of the bugs and everything out of our apartment but... not all of them.

I'm not really sure what they are. Some are mosquitoes? We've been swatting them when we can. No frogs though, at least not yet.

You may want to keep a frog or two around. They eat the insects. Fortunately we have Salamander for that.

That might not be a bad idea, really, but I'm afraid if we let one or two in we'd end up invaded.

When the ground opened up and there were caves below, do you remember that?

I heard about it, but I didn't see them. There were giant salamanders there? Underground?

One giant salamander, or more precisely, a salamander's egg. There were other strange beasts and crystals too. It was a good adventure.
