Far from it. Nothing's really impossible here, for that matter. Has anyone explained to you the function of the curses of every other day?

I'll give you the abridged version, then. There are "deities" - questionable ones at that - that supposedly pass long curses every other day. They can either change the atmosphere physically, mindset of others, or yourself physically. Most of them have been rather harmless as of lately and for the pst month, so you should be fine. You aren't always affected, but you don't have a warning for them.
