...Tilting ? Is that another commoner sport like volleyball ?

No... Tilting is when two mounted riders race at each other with lance and shield. Whoever disarms or dismounts the other rider first wins the round.

What is volleyball?

Ty Lee showed me the other day. Apparently you have two teams, one ball, and a net. The goal is to get the ball to hit the ground on the other team's side.
