Karolina comes from Los Angeles, or a place called Hollywood if I recall correctly. Are they the same?

[He appears to have confused himself. It does seem strange to him to be from Hollywood in Los Angeles in a place called California in a kingdom called the United States on a planet called Earth.]

And Narnia, well, Narnia is north of both Archenland and Calormen, and west of the Eastern Sea. Everything is very green, it's temperate. There are Talking Beasts, centaurs, dwarfs... and other things beyond the coast where Cair Paravel sits, although I don't know what they are.
